Danny Namerow has spent more than 27 years in the electrical industry. He founded Farryn Electric in 2014 and grew it into a service company of approximately 13 electricians — navigating growth, financial pressure, staffing challenges, and the operational problems that come with running a service-based business.

Along the way, Danny pivoted the company toward a residential service model and rebuilt the foundations: better systems, standards, proposals, communication, and customer processes. In December 2021, he sold the company, moved his family to Costa Rica, and began the work that became Coast Light Value Advisors.

He is the author of The Soul of a Business, and he works with owners from experience rather than theory — the same problems he faced as an operator are the ones he now helps other owners solve.
